Role & responsibilities

• Reviewing existing customer information:Regularly reviewing customer KYC (Know Your Customer) documents to confirm accuracy and identify any potential discrepancies or red flags.
• Assessing risk profiles:Evaluating customer risk levels based on factors like geographic location, business activities, and transaction patterns.
• Monitoring transactions:Monitoring customer transactions for suspicious activity and reporting potential money laundering concerns.
• Updating customer records:Maintaining accurate customer information by updating details as needed based on new documentation or life events.
• Generating reports:Preparing reports on periodic reviews, including findings and any necessary follow-up actions.
• Collaborating with compliance teams:Working with compliance officers to identify and address potential AML risks.

Required skills for a CDD, Periodic Review role:

• Strong understanding of AML regulations and KYC procedures
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills to identify potential red flags
• Ability to research and interpret customer information
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with various departments
• Proficiency with relevant compliance software and systems
