- We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Human Resource Business Support Head.
Principal responsibilities:
- The Human Resource Business Support Head - should understand the business well enough to be able to articulate the people risks and issues within the business and is responsible for the planning and execution of HR products/services with emphasis on aligning products and services to Group People Priorities and driving change agendas related to people and talent.
Principal responsibilities:
- Role holder will support the implementation of global people strategy for the entity and governance and control framework within the remit including but not limited to,
- Statutory & Internal Compliance.
- Employee Life Cycle Management.
- Vendor Management.
- Planning, support and governance processes that enable effective HR services / activities.
- Supporting in forums and committees representing Human Resource view, contribution to Senior Management decision making.
- Continuous process Improvement.
- Audit, Risk and Compliance support to ensure internal compliance and external regulatory requirements.
- Drive transformation agenda for the business implementing effective change management strategies in partnership with business aimed at aligning the organizational structure and responsibilities with their strategic objectives.
- Partners on delivering the people strategy in conjunction with the Business Heads and makes all the people programs relevant to the business.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with HR colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Experience of working in an HR environment in a business partnering/HR generalist capacity supported by shared services and areas of expertise is a must with Talent Management /Change management and Risks and Regulations.
- Deep understanding of employee demographics and associated risks/challenges to be able to execute on statutory labour compliance requirements.
- Delivered change agendas and talent plans in large complex environments with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
- Thorough knowledge of Human Resource policies, procedures & practices and statutory along with Accounting, Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
- Experience of implementing control frameworks within complex environments.
- Exposure to people related perspectives and industry practices.
- Exposure and understanding of employee life cycle including payroll, statutory & internal compliance activities.
- 14-16 years of experience in HR, with a strong track record of establishing credibility and delivering results.
