Roles & Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Define the overall architecture for scalable and high-performing Backend- Java applications.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Architecture & Design:
• Develop technical architecture for cloud-native, microservices-based, and distributed systems.
• Oversee the design of APIs, user interfaces, databases, and server-side architecture.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless andintuitive front-end designs.
• Hands-on Development:
• Engage in hands-on coding (back-end), guiding the team with best coding practices.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure the integration of best practices across the stack.
• Collaboration & Team Building:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX/UI designers, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Performance Optimization:
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of backend applications.
• Perform code reviews and optimize systems for speed, reliability, and maintainability.
• Innovation & Technology Adoption:
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, cloud platforms) to enhance product features and capabilities.
• Stay current with technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong experience in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with web and mobile application development in fast-paced environments.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in back-end frameworks -Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing methodologies.
• Leadership & Communication:
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring development teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
