Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Android Kotlin Developers and iOS Native Developers to ensure the delivery of robust, maintainable, and high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kotlin for Android and Swift/Objective-C for iOS , along with experience in code reviews, testing, debugging, and team collaboration . This role involves hands-on coding, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices in mobile app development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Code Review & Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimizations, and security best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing codebases and recommend refactoring strategies.
• Ensure consistency in code style and architecture across the team.

2. Hands-On Development

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Kotlin (Android) and Swift/Objective-C (iOS) .
• Design and implement clean, modular, and reusable code for both frontend and backend integrations.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and third-party services.

3. Testing & Debugging

• Write and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure application stability.
• Debug and resolve issues using tools like Android Studio Debugger , Xcode Instruments , and crash reporting tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics).
• Perform performance tuning to optimize app speed, memory usage, and battery consumption.

4. Team Collaboration & Agile Development

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices for mobile app development.

5. Security & Compliance

• Implement secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities such as data leakage, insecure storage, and unauthorized access .
• Follow OWASP Mobile Security Guidelines and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

For Android Kotlin Developers:

• 6+ years of experience in Android app development with a strong focus on Kotlin .
• Proficiency in Android SDK , Jetpack libraries , and MVVM/MVC architecture .
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Espresso) and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions .
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for Android apps.

For iOS Native Developers:

• 6+ years of experience in iOS app development using Swift (preferred) or Objective-C .
• Proficiency in Xcode , UIKit/SwiftUI , and MVVM/MVC architecture .
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries (e.g., Alamofire, CocoaPods).
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., XCTest) and debugging tools like Xcode Instruments .
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Fastlane, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions .
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for iOS apps.

Common Skills for Both Roles:

• Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Educational Background:
