Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation:
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, graphics, etc.) for all social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and emerging channels.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for high-quality multimedia content.
• Community Engagement:
• Manage and grow the companys online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
• Foster meaningful interactions to enhance audience engagement and loyalty.
• Campaign Management:
• Run paid and organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Track and optimize performance metrics (CTR, reach, engagement rate, etc.).
• Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social) and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Analyze trends and audience insights to optimize social media strategies and boost engagement.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and company goals.
• Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and compelling content.
• Experience with paid social advertising and budget management.
• Familiarity with Web3, NFTs, and blockchain technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
