To support our growth, we are seeking a Digital Marketing PPC Specialist who is skilled in managing and optimizing paid advertising strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• PPC Campaign Management:
• Design, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Perform in-depth keyword research and develop highly targeted ad groups.
• Create ad copy that aligns with business objectives and resonates with the target audience.
• Set up and manage retargeting/remarketing campaigns to improve conversions.
• Performance Optimization:
• Continuously monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and ad placements for optimal performance.
• A/B test ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
• Implement negative keyword strategies to minimize irrelevant clicks and improve campaign efficiency.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, quality scores, and conversion rates.
• Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and campaign dashboards to analyze campaign performance.
• Budget Management:
• Manage and optimize PPC budgets to ensure effective allocation and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Ensure campaigns stay within budget while meeting key performance targets.
• Collaboration:
• Work with the design team to create high-quality, conversion-focused ad visuals and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging across channels.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align lead generation goals with campaign efforts.
• Stay Updated:
• Stay informed of the latest trends and updates in PPC platforms, algorithms, and ad policies.
• Adapt strategies to leverage new features and technologies in digital advertising.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or digital-first organization.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Web3, NFTs, or blockchain technologies is a bonus but not mandatory.

• Achievement of monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.
• Improvements in CPC, CTR, quality score, and ROAS.
• Reduction in cost-per-conversion.
• Adherence to campaign budgets and timelines.
