General Manager - Human Resources
- Hiring for a General Manager Human Resources to build, lead, and mentor the human resources function
- Company: Logistics (Transport Company) founded in 2004, Premium Express Transport Company
- Journey Started with 2 Trucks; Today, they have 1400+ containerized vehicles in all sizes, starting from 8 feet EVs to 51 feet tractor-trailers
- Must have: 12+ Years in a Logistics Company and at least 7 years in a Leadership Role.
- Required to partner with the Leadership team for effectively delivering results through people strategy in all HR domains of Recruitment, HR Operations & Talent Management.
The primary duties and responsibilities of the General Manager - Human Resources will include the following:
- Recruitment Management
- Organisational Culture
- Grievance Management
- Performance Management
- Entire HR Operations
- Budgeting
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic human resources policies, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee Engagement development, and leveraging best practices and shared services across business platforms.
- Assess organizational needs of operating, business and functional units.
- Drive alignment within the business units to provide role and functional group clarity among roles.
- Work with Top management and employees to create a positive and engaging work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and employment policies
- Implement and manage HR technology solutions (HRMS tools).
- Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in human resources leadership roles
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, HR policy formulation, workforce planning, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, contract employment, payroll management, and HR technology implementation.
