Job Description

startups and investors. We connect promising startups with high-net-worth investors and drive

their growth journey.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a Personal Executive Assistant - Pro Sales who is entrepreneurial, result-

oriented, and driven to excel. This role involves supporting the Managing Director (MD) in sales

and business development initiatives, engaging with startup promoters, potential clients, and

high-net-worth investors. The ideal candidate will act as the MD's right hand in driving strategic sales efforts and maintaining seamless operational and administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development Support:

• Serve as the primary liaison for the MD on sales and business development matters.

• Assist in managing sales pipelines, tracking prospects, coordinating meetings, and

following up with potential clients and investors.

• Prepare persuasive sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and reports tailored to

startups and investors.

• Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging players

in the startup and investment ecosystem.

• Represent the MD in meetings, networking events, and investor gatherings when

required.


2. Stakeholder Communication:

• Facilitate communication with startup promoters, investors, and other stakeholders to

align business development efforts.

• Ensure clear and professional communication on behalf of the MD for all sales-related

interactions.


3. Administrative and Operational Support:

• Manage and prioritize the MDs schedule, ensuring that sales and business-critical

activities are prioritized.

• Organize sales-related travel, events, and meetings, including logistical arrangements.

• Maintain detailed records of meetings, client interactions, and follow-up actions.

• Streamline workflows by managing documents, presentations, and reports related to

sales.


4. Performance Tracking:

• Monitor the progress of sales initiatives and provide the MD with insights and

recommendations.

• Track KPIs for sales activities, identifying gaps and proposing actionable solutions.


Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or

a related field.

• Experience: 12 years in sales, business development, or related roles; experience in

startup ecosystems or investment platforms is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability

to create impactful presentations and pitches.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and sales performance to generate

actionable insights.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently, think innovatively, and adapt in

a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Sales and Business Development KPIs:

• Number of new investors leads generated monthly.

• Conversion rate of investor meetings to funding opportunities.

• Value of investments facilitated through coordinated efforts.

• Growth in the sales pipeline over defined periods.


2. Administrative Efficiency KPIs:

• Percentage of scheduled meetings and events executed without rescheduling.

• Accuracy and timeliness in preparing presentations, reports, and documents.

• Time saved for the MD through proactive task management.


3. Stakeholder Engagement KPIs:

• Feedback scores from internal and external stakeholders on communication

effectiveness.

• Number of investor or startup meetings successfully coordinated.


4. Market Insights and Strategic Contributions:

• Quality and relevance of market research reports submitted.

• Number of actionable business opportunities identified and pursued.


5. Representation Effectiveness:

Frequency and effectiveness of representing the MD in external meetings or events.

• Success in building relationships with startups, investors, and ecosystem partners.
