Data Governance Engineer (6-13 yrs)

Job Description :

- Workflow Management : Design, implement, and optimize workflows for effective data management and automation within the enterprise.

- Data Integration : Use SQL and Python to integrate, transform, and manage data across various systems.

- Collibra Expertise : Work with Collibra to manage data governance, metadata management, and data quality processes.

- Automation & Scripting : Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for process automation, improving data accuracy, and reducing manual interventions.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.

- Reporting & Insights : Provide insights and reports on data trends, process performance, and workflow improvements.

- Data Governance : Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Troubleshoot data issues, provide technical support, and drive resolutions in a timely manner.

Desired Skills & Qualifications : Experience : 6-13 years of professional experience in data management or related fields.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Advanced Python programming skills for data processing and automation.

- Experience with Groovy for scripting and automation.

- Hands-on experience working with Collibra for data governance and metadata management.

- Knowledge of Data Governance : Familiarity with data management principles and data quality standards.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimization.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams.

Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
