Are you a data-driven strategist passionate about driving product led growth through customer acquisition, engagement, and retention? Join our team as a Growth Product, where you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our SaaS products. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to boost customer acquisition, enhance engagement, and optimize retention across all product lines.
- Customer Insights and Analytics: Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and product usage data to identify growth opportunities and refine user experiences.
- Experimentation and Testing: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses, optimize features, and improve user journeys.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with marketing, product, sales, and development teams to ensure growth strategies align with company objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Enhance the onboarding process and create supplementary materials to improve time-to-value and long-term retention.
- Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates), translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor actions to identify new growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Roadmap Contribution: Shape the product roadmap with growth-focused initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Tools and Integration: Evaluate and implement analytics tools to streamline growth tracking and decision-making processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a growth product management or similar role within the SaaS industry.
- Strong track record in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative, data-driven strategies.
- Expertise in running experiments, analyzing results, and applying insights to optimize product features and campaigns.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and effectively present ideas.
- Experience in market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools, A/B testing methodologies, and growth hacking frameworks.
- Demonstrable success in refining product features and creating exceptional user experiences through data-driven experimentation.
