Product Manager- Credit Card

Job Description:

- Good understanding of Credit Card product life cycle management.

- Knowledge of Network, Card Management System etc.

- Facilitate system and process automation.

- Coordinating with credit, risk, ops, audit, compliance, IT etc.

- Coordinating with marketing team for product advertisement.

- Adhere to RBI guideline and regulatory compliances.

- Develop and modify product and policies.

- Ability to understand and give valuable inputs for digital journey of Credit Card.

Facilitate UAT:

- Ability to prepare SOPs/Product & Process Notes.

- Ability to give demonstration / training to sales team.

- Give inputs for website updating.

- Reconciliation of general ledger.

- Partner pay out processing.

- Product support in terms of handling customer complaint, various MIS preparation.
