Location- Andheri East, Mumbai

Reports to- CEO

Position Overview:

- The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be the top marketing leader in the company, reporting directly to the CEO.

- This role will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

- The CMO will play a crucial role in building the company's brand, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and leveraging data and insights to fuel business growth.

Objectives of this role:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company objectives and target audience market.

- Create awareness and consideration for the brand at a hyperlocal level in identified markets.

- Build a data-first approach to customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration.

- 15 years of experience in marketing preferably in the Indian market.

- Deep experience of having built brands in B2C market.

- Deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape, market dynamics and cultural nuances.
