Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure that Employer & Employee treatment is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
Broad role:
- Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Key Deliverables:
HR Audit
- Human Resource Management and Control (Resource availability, Efficiency and Productivity
- Performance Appraisal of Employees - Focus on Contractual and Seasonal workforce
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Discipline and Counselling
- Inquiry, Investigation and Collaboration
- Communication, feedback, reconciliation
- Stakeholder Relations (Local, Cluster and National)
- Legal & Statutory Compliances
- Creating and Managing all records and reference materials
- Career Development - Focus on Contractual and Seasonal workforce
- Driving projects like 5S, Kaizen and improvement project including BPMS
Skills & Competencies:
- 8-12 years of experience
- Knowledge of Labour legislation
- Mathadi Act and Governing laws
- Advocacy, Connection and Networking, Verbal and Written communication
Qualification/Experience : LLB/PG (MBA equivalent)
Language : Marathi is Must
