Business Head - Consumer Durables Products (15-25 yrs)

Job Overview:

Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking an experienced Business Head to lead the growth of their own brand products and value-added services portfolio. This role will focus on driving strategic initiatives, product development, and P&L management to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the own brand and value-added services portfolio.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of own brand products, from concept to market launch.

- Manage P&L, budgets, and financial targets to optimize profitability.

- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

- Build strong partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to execute the business strategy.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 15+ years of experience in retail, brand management, or product management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.

- Proven P&L management and strategic leadership experience.
