Job Description:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our company. In this role,
you'll handle customer inquiries via our client ERP system and Freshdesk platform. Your
responsibilities include managing a high volume of tickets, communicating with customers all
over Europe, coordinating design changes with our in-house team, and meeting key performance
indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and tickets.
• Communicate with customers via written channels, using our translating tool to support
multiple languages.
• Address questions regarding products, production times, and personalization techniques.
• Coordinate design changes with our in-house team to meet customer specifications.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the number of tickets handled and
response times.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in using customer support platforms and ticketing system
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tickets efficiently.
