Store Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels by receiving, storing, and issuing materials according to FIFO method.
  
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements using ERP systems.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to production lines through effective coordination with suppliers.
  
• Perform regular storekeeping tasks such as materializing GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth storage and handling of packing materials.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in stores maintenance or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of FIFO method for inventory management.
  
• Proficiency in handling various types of materials including raw materials, packing materials, etc.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
