Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales - FMCG

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage corporate sales team to achieve revenue targets through effective client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for institutional business development, including water supply solutions for clients.
  
• Handle new client onboarding process from initial contact to finalization of contracts.
  
• Oversee team handling responsibilities such as lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of products/services to meet customer expectations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales with a focus on FMCG industry.
  
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
  
• Strong understanding of institutional markets and ability to develop customized solutions for clients' needs.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
