Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of ensuring that our production capabilities are maximised and constant through effective management of equipment and personnel. Your leadership will directly contribute to maintaining our reputation for high-quality products through diligent preventive maintenance, timely troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Leverage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring proper training, development, and performance assessment.
• Planned, scheduled, and oversaw regular maintenance and emergency repairs of production equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures that reduce downtime and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage maintenance budgets and forecast maintenance needs and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other department managers to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
• Analyse machine operations and output, identify areas of improvement and implement robust maintenance solutions & automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
