Job Description
Birlasoft (India) Limited is looking for Sr Project Lead-Cloud & Infra Engg to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Determine and define project scope and objectivesResponsible for overseeing and managing the projects from start to finish
- Lead a team of engineers and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
- Define project goals, deliverables, and timeline
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, design, and QA, to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed
- Mentor and coach team members to help them grow professionally
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
