Manager - Design - Commercial Real Estate (18-25 yrs)

Requirement:

- 18+ years of experience in commercial designing for large commercial spaces such as IT Parks, IT Hubs, Tech Parks etc..

- Provide support on all preconstruction activities to the project team and Region Design Head.

- Provide support on due diligence and feasibility studies for new projects.

- Manage due diligence process for new consultants, maintain central list of design consultants.

- Responsible for ensuring compliance checks for consultants.

- Manage end-to-end RFP process including development of scope of works/RFP documents and compile techno-commercial proposals.

- Prepare design updates for the development group and/or ownership.

- Review and coordinate tender drawings and documentation, attend tender meetings.

- Review contracts and manage contract negotiation until completion of appointment.

Assist and support design development process through till GFC stage with focus areas as below:

- Create or facilitate meeting agenda, meeting minutes and project trackers.

- Manage design documentation and maintain folders.

- Review presentations to ensure completeness and accuracy.

- Monitor and review consultant's work through deliverable checklists.

- Coordinate packages for cost estimates and manage RFIs.

- Create and maintain a value engineering tracker for design and cost optimization.

- Visit project sites for review and coordination of onsite works, inspection of mockups and materials etc. for compliance with details and specifications.
