Overview:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of troubleshooting, optimizing processes, and refining strategies to elevate our Support Services. In this dynamic role, you'll interact with global customers via voice, chat, and email, leveraging your expertise to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do

• Advanced Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution Diagnose and resolve API, HTML, and MySQL query issues for global customers.
• Customer-Centric Support Deliver high-quality assistance through voice, email, and chat, ensuring seamless experiences.
• Technical Expertise – Utilize Postman, Kibana, Jira, and FTP clients to analyze and address customer challenges.
• Collaboration & Process Improvement – Work closely with internal teams to enhance support processes and maintain high standards.
• API & Integration Support – Guide customers on technical integrations using CURL, REST clients, and Webhooks.
• Knowledge Sharing – Contribute to a growing knowledge base and improve support documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience, with 1–2+ years in a SaaS-based product company supporting international clients.
• Proficiency in HTML, API calls (CURL & REST clients), MySQL, and tools like Kibana, Postman, and Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, BCA, MCA, or a related technical field.
• Fluent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in upsell/cross-sell within customer support.
• Familiarity with Webhook & API integration tools like Zapier.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and merchant systems (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, CyberSource).
