Operator II Brewing & Filtration II Rajahmundry

Summary of the position:

This position is responsible to ensure processing of Beer with in specifications, with a focus on reducing the BH extract losses & maximum utilization of resources to achieve the Departmental KPIs with consistent Quality.

Key Decision Making in this Role:

• Brew house, Filtration & Fermentation operations execution as per Planning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for carrying brewing as per Plan, Brand & maintain quality parameters of brew till wort collection.
• Carry CIPs/ Sterilization/ Cleaning of brewing equipment's /Vessels & Lines with specified strength/time/temp.
• To check equipment health on timely basis.
• Monitor & maintain RM handling equipment by doing preventive maintenance & document the same.
• Stock taking of consumables & accountable for budgeted consumption.
• Responsible for maintaining BPT ( Brewing process time) without delay & document same.
• Responsible for maintaining Housekeeping & hygiene of Brew house area.
• Responsible for maintaining Brew house extract loss by ensuring proper RM usage & achieving desired PTS results
• Accountable for carrying out preventive maintenance with support from maintenance team.
• Brewing records are properly & timely filled.
• Operator should able to understand & follow FSMS guidelines.
• Operators should understand and maintain hygiene & GPM standards in their workplace.

Key Challenges in Achieving Goal(s): (What are the key challenges faced by this role in meeting it is goals/objectives):

• Maintain process standards of Beer processing as per manual consistently.
• Knowledge of Process technical specification (PTS) is mandatory.
• Training & guidance required to upgrade shop floor skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

Memberships: ITI / Chemistry background with 3 to 6 yrs Experience from any Brewing Industry
