Job Description
1. Provide daily reports to the CEO and COO.
2. Ensure daily cash deposits are made to the respective banks of NTR Trust.
3. Manage front desk and reception operations.
4. Monitor blood and component stock levels daily.
5. Supervise lab technicians and front office staff.
6. Verify blood/component stock records regularly.
7. Ensure the First In, First Out system for blood stock management.
8. Take responsibility for expanding partnerships (MoUs) with various hospitals and increasing issue volumes.
9. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to blood Centres, including drug licenses, camp licenses, renewals, etc.
10. Submit monthly reports to management.
11. Plan and coordinate technical training for staff.
12. Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs annually.
13. Prepare and raise monthly stock indents.
14. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Qualification : Any Degree
