Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
(MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, training,
or service industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a
sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Prior experience in B2B and B2C sales is an added advantage.
• Understanding the Sales Cycle and ensuring that the team meets and exceeds the
Sales projection for the Month/Quarter & Year.
