Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in the Healthcare IT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data mining, cold calling, and supporting team with prospect database development. With 2-4 years of experience, youll be a proactive, results-driven individual ready to contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Database Management: Help build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients.
• Acknowledge and respond promptly to calls and emails received from campaign outreach, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal team to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
• Nurturing: Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales Funnel.
• Market Research: Assist in researching and identifying new market trends, potential customers, and competitor activities within the Healthcare IT space.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in cold calling, sales, or business development (preferably in Healthcare IT).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Familiarity with lead generation platforms.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and a proactive “go-getter” attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, Marketing, or related field.
