Role & responsibilities:

• Operation of equipments like CIP / SIP, Integrity machine, Autoclave, TFF system, Pressure Vessels in Production Area.
• Cleaning & maintenance of filters
• Operation of Centrifuge
• Handling of batch process and Sterile filtration activity
• Inventory management of Raw Materials and General consumables
• Standardization and Validation of Analytical Methods like SDS PAGE, Protein Estimation, Western Blotting and ELISA
• Handling of Fermentation Batches (15 Liters) along with Purification by TFF
• In vivo and invitro testing. (Animal handling, neutralization test, primary cell culture)
• Maintenance of tissue culture cell lines and handling of tissue
• New product development and scale up.
