Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Development of immuno-assays.

2. Reagent development: Synthesis and Bio-conjugation of nanomaterials for assay development

3. Execution of experiments for development & validation of Fluorescence based kits.

5. Testing and clinical validation of developed immunoassays

5. Daily experimental report compilation & reporting of development of development to team lead.

Preferred candidate profile :

Qualification : M.Sc / PhD (Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry)

Experience : M. Sc candidates : 3 - 5 years in development of advanced immunoassays.

PhD candidates : Freshers or with 1-2 years' experience in development of advanced immunoassays.

Knowledge/ hands on experience on fluorescence technology

Likes

Politics, indecision and blame game. Things which are simple are complicated intentionally. No guidance from HOD. Infact he is the one who will play politics and plan back stabbing if you are new in the company.

Dislikes

Join Transasia only incase you do not have job in hand and can tolerate politics and backstabbing. No one will cooperate with you in Transasia. Please ask HODs why new joinees are running away in few days.
