RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

• To play the role of relationship officer for our learning and skill
  development programmes.

Responsibilities

• To handle queries received via various channels.
• To work with various internal department and resolve queries.
• To understand the queries and channelise it accordingly.
• To involve in document verification adhering to the policies.

Requirement

• Good proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English (mandatory).
• Basic computer operations and good skills in MS office.
• Good writing, listening and reviewing skill is required
• Email writing with etiquette

Educational qualification

• Any bachelor or post-graduation degree.
• Freshers will be given more priority.
• The candidate must have completed at least a bachelor degree at the time of applying.
