Logistics Infrastructure Executive

Key Purpose of the Role :

Enterprise Customers & Biomass Processors form the backbone of demand and supply on BiofuelCircle platform. BiofuelCircles revolutionary platform helps the sellers and buyers to schedule and deliver all types of biomasses in the most efficient manner.

The Logistics Infrastructure team identifies the various opportunities on the platform to create BiofuelCircles own infrastructure to optimize the cost of delivery to the buyers. The logistics infrastructure team provides the planning and logistics teams with proper logistics infrastructure on the BiofuelCircle platform to complete the deliveries.

As BiofuelCircle gears up to satisfy the ever-increasing demand for biomass, we are looking for candidates with experience in creating supply chain and logistics infrastructure, to help supply the required resources to optimize the supply chain.

What Key Tasks will be involved? :

1. Transportation network planning: Analysing transportation routes, various options of transport selection to develop a cost-effective distribution network. 
2. Equipment procurement and management: Sourcing, renting, lease-hiring and managing the acquisition of logistics infrastructure like trucks, trolleys, tractors, and other material handling technology. 
3. Technology implementation: Implementing and integrating the technology used for tracking logistics movements with the BiofuelCircle platform to effectively track the movement of the vehicles on the platform.
4. Regulatory compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant safety, environmental, and customs regulations related to logistics infrastructure. 
5. Budget management: Managing the budgets allocated for the logistics infrastructure development, including cost control and vendor negotiations. 
6. Stakeholder coordination: Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders like operations teams, technology team, commercial teams and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment to platform processes for logistics infrastructure management.
