Customer Success Executive

Key Purpose of the Role :

BiofuelCircle Customer Success team is responsible for Subscriber Onboarding, User training and Customer Support to ensure higher level of usage and utility for the platform.

Customer Success teams role is pivotal in ensuring subscriber and platform success

Role & responsibilities :

1. Customer Onboarding and Training

a. Study the existing business processes of the participant and document the same

b. Update the need analysis based on the participant data

c. User Training and Used Case templates.

2. POC and Subscription

a. Completing initial proof of concept for all subscribers

b. Handholding new subscribers through their early-stage transactions

c. Helping Subscribers choose correct subscription plan for ongoing usage.

3.Customer Success and Business Growth

a. Regularly engage with the participants to ensure high platform usage and business deals on the platform.

b. Periodical business review meeting with all subscribers

c. Quarterly business planning with subscribers

d. Use of analytics to help customers achieve their objectives

e. Cross sell / Up sell other products / services based on past data and other information to increase engagement with the customers life Auctions, Value Added Services

4. Customer Support

Support subscribers with new and existing functionality/ services and features

**Candidates with experience in Customer Success preferred.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Candidates should be Graduates / Postgraduates with willingness to learn with a process-oriented approach to deal with all types of participants; ability to engage with platform participants in a professional manner

- Should have a knowledge of working with IT systems, Office applications

- Should be open to travel with India

- Should have an understanding , following, implementing, and improving processes

- Candidates should have Strong verbal communication skills

- Candidates should be Calm, Friendly, Assertive & must be Influencing and have Convincing Skills
