Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Degree in Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain operations or equivalent, MBA preferable

Key Skills- Experience in Logistics (Import/ Export), Handling Freight Forwarding, Experience in SAP.

Role & responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Sound understanding of import/Export logistics service provider selection and bill processing
• Handled internal / external audits of import/Export logistics service provider selection & bill processing.
• Logistics Services provider bill processing in SAP ERP
• Logistics Services provider selection through auctions
• Basic Indian Accounting standards, sound knowledge of GST laws.
• Reconciliation of statement of accounts of vendors

Secondary Responsibilities

• Float RFQs via email and online bidding platform to logistics services providers.
• Coordination with logistics services providers.
• Support cross functional teams with freight forwarder nominations.
• Scrutinize quotations received from logistics services providers.
• Follow up with vendors/ logistics services providers for Service bills.
• Scrutiny of vendors/ logistics service providers bills
• BFN creation of vendors/ logistics services providers bills in SAP
• Submission of vendors/ logistics services providers bills to finance dept.
• Reconciliation of vendors statement of accounts (SOA)
• Storage of soft copies of bills in File net.
• MIS entries in SAP and Vendor Management file
• MIS report generation
• Purchase requisition (PR) generation in SAP
• Handle internal & external audit queries
