Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architect to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the seamless integration of BIM into project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Strategy Development: Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and guidelines to streamline project workflows and ensure consistency in BIM processes across projects.

Project Management: Lead and manage BIM teams on multiple projects, providing technical oversight, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

BIM Model Development: Create, maintain, and optimize BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) to represent the project's architectural design and construction information.

Collaboration: Foster collaboration and coordination among multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, by facilitating BIM coordination meetings and resolving clashes and conflicts.

Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to junior BIM professionals, helping them improve their BIM skills and knowledge.

Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their BIM requirements and collaborate on the development of customized BIM deliverables and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in BIM modeling and project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Proficiency in BIM software, including but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360, knowledge of MEPF

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in International Projects.
