BIM MEP Modeler

Role & responsibilities

1. Understand 2D drawings and Develop 3D BIM models for MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) from conceptual design to construction and as-built stages using REVIT.

2. Coordinate and integrate MEP models with architectural and structural models to ensure system compatibility and resolve clashes.

3. Utilize BIM software tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP) to create detailed MEP designs and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, standards, and design practices.

2. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks.
