Automation Engineer

We are looking for an Automation Engineer with minimum 1 year experience in UI and API automation.

Required Skills

• Scripting (PowerShell \ Python)
• UI Automation
• Remote Monitoring & Management
• IT infrastructure
• Windows Server

Responsibilities:

• Service Desk automation - Help to fulfil common service requests from business users like Software install and uninstall, disk cleanup, user creation in business applications, server onboarding and offboarding, password reset, shared folder access, health and status checkup , etc.

Automation of common NOC tasks

• Automated and semi-automated resolution of alerts, events and tickets.
• The automation can be triggered from service request console (one touch automation) or through event from monitoring tool or regular maintenance routines.
• Server Restart, Service Restart, Health Check of Systems and Applications, Resolve database, network, compliance performance issues.

General Responsibilities:

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrates self-directed learning and participation in continuing education through professional journals, approved seminars, etc.
• Adheres to departmental standards and personnel policies by demonstrating professional demeanor in conduct and appearance.
• Rotates to other shifts and locations as needed.
