Automation Engineer

• Qualifications

• Strong knowledge around building automation scripts/ prompts using GenAI /AI/ ML capabilities.

• Keep up with GenAI industry trends and emerging technologies to improve and evolve ServiceNow GenAI offerings for DT Platform Services Scope.

• Should be capable in building custom applications from scratch or configuring out-of-the-box apps and able to identify and implement the Automation use cases in an agile methodology

• Analyze, interpret complex data, and provide highly advanced solutions to technical problems escalated from the Service Desk

• Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs

• Documentation - Maintain system documents for configuration and troubleshooting of known issues.

• Collaboration - Work closely with other teams to support delivery of related tasks successfully

• Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing

• Note: Off Hours Support - during business critical, go-live and escalation/outage issue

To be successful in this role you have:

• 2 - 4 years of IT industry experience, with at least 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience

• BS, Master s in computer science or equivalent.
