Role & responsibilities

1) Sourcing Specialist should complete the initial Screening of potential candidate covering the

following aspects.

• Good Interpersonal skills.

• Ability to provide the right Customer Experience.

• Able to read and speak simple English sentence.

• Regional language fluency.

• overall fitment to CEE role.

2) Sourcing Specialist should cascade the below mentioned details to the candidates like:

• Overview of the Job Role

• Assets Required. Eg: Driving License, Smartphone, Two Wheelers etc.

• Earning Potential

• Mode of Payout

• Location Information Eg: Interview/Job Location

• Interview Schedule time and Address (Through Gupshup)

3) Sourcing Specialist should share the interested Candidates Details to the Store HR Team

4) Sourcing Specialist should follow up with the Candidates starting from sharing the Interview

Education:- Any Graduate

Language:- English/Marathi/Hindi.
