Job Location: Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

- Identify and evaluate potential international markets for CPL campaigns.

- Research client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Client Acquisition & Management:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and partners in international markets.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Campaign Development & Execution:

- Collaborate with clients to design and implement CPL campaigns tailored to specific goals.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Revenue Growth:

- Meet and exceed revenue targets by expanding client base and enhancing campaign performance.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

- Provide feedback to improve campaign strategies and product offerings.

Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, campaign performance, and market insights.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in digital marketing or CPL campaigns.

- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

- Note: Prior experience in CPL campaign management and a track record of success in international business development are highly preferred.
