Area Sales Officer- HoReCa

Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

• Generate business with Revenue Generation responsibility as per budget.
• Responsible for HoReCa channel.
• Take ownership in all aspects in developing business in assigned territory.
• Work on fixed discipline norms with in company policies
• Based on the Business plan, ensure the achievements & tracking daily basis.
• To draw an action plan for business development - short term and long term.
• To achieve excellence in customer & consumer satisfaction. Also continuously identifying the factors and measures to ensure customer delight.
• The Execute and implement the innovative marketing techniques as directed.
• Escalate issues to the management which require management attention on priority.
• Establish company as a long-term supplier to accounts by developing, maintaining and expanding strong customer working relationships at multiple levels and functions. Utilize both direct contact, and relevant trade organization events to build Business
• Sales Budgets: Participate in development of annual sales budget targets for assigned territory. Strives to meet budget objectives and takes appropriate action to achieve and/or exceed sales budget target.
• Exhibit excellent communication (both internally and externally) and documentation skills. This includes the maintenance of any applicable Customer Relationship Management database.
• Schedule and lead efforts related to presentations and product demonstrations to strategic and Horeca customers (when applicable)
• Provide competitive and customer-based market information on an ongoing basis.
