Senior Sales Officer (Food Service/ Horeca)

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, focusing on value, volume, and distribution objectives aligned with company strategies.
• Regularly engage with assigned clients in the HORECA industry, ensuring effective and efficient journey planning for customer visits.
• Develop and execute monthly plans for key accounts to drive sales growth, particularly in frozen products, enhancing product distribution and usage.
• Monitor and evaluate account performance, identifying opportunities for product extension and sales increase.
• Foster secondary sales through strong management of retailers and distributors, ensuring adherence to sales processes.
• Acquire new accounts while maintaining process integrity and hygiene in operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation or Post Graduation in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HORECA / FMCG sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in frozen food or meat processing sectors.
