Maintenance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage plant maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, utility maintenance, and plant machinery maintenance.
  
• Oversee a team of engineers and technicians to ensure efficient execution of maintenance tasks.
  
• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production planning) to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
