Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Department: Interpretation
Reports To: Call Center Manager
Joining Date: Immediate
Work Shift : Rotational Shift
Summary: Answering calls and providing telephone customer support services by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.
Take incoming calls from providers (customers) needing interpreters for appointments.
Answer multi-line phone system.
Data entry of job request information into company database.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:
Graduate; or six months related experience and/or training.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
