Management operation executive

Role & responsibilities

• Drive the Annual Operating Planning process through alignment with several stakeholder functions such as Finance, Sales, etc.
• Facilitate Operations Reviews and represent Operations in Business Reviews with Management and Investors
• Prepare presentations to effectively communicate the performance to top Management and Investors
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at organizations growth
• Support the Operations Team by driving key initiatives on growth (organic and inorganic capacity expansion, etc.), efficiency improvement (PUE improvement, automation, etc.) and process improvements
• Ensure governance across processes such as PR-to-PO process, Vendor invoice payments, budgeted vs actual spends. Identify gaps, prepare status reports, suggest corrective actions.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.TECH. (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) and MBA from reputed institutes (Finance/Operations preferred)
• 3-5 years experience in Operations / Strategy / Technical roles
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to deliver high-quality output under tight timelines
