Purpose of the role:
The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing the entire bid lifecycle, including reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), formulating bid strategies, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely submission of high-quality bids and supporting documentation. This role also involves overseeing RFP responses, maintaining a centralized document repository, streamlining processes, driving success programs, and ensuring internal governance compliance. Additionally, the Bid Manager will forecast key metrics related to projects, programs, portfolios, resources, and risks, while generating insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making at various management levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Bid Ownership:
Oversee the entire bid process, from RFP review to final submission and presentation.
Ensure compliance with all bid requirements and timely submission within deadlines.
Manage all necessary tasks to facilitate seamless end-to-end RFP submissions.
2. Strategy Formulation:
Drive initiatives to create and refine engagement and capability decks to improve conversion rates for qualified leads.
Develop strategic action plans to maximize bid success rates.
3. Documentation Management:
Manage a centralized repository for all bid-related documents and information.
Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
4. Global and Local Pitches:
Oversee the coordination and preparation of pitches for both global and local projects.
Customize responses to align with client needs and regional requirements.

Work closely with internal stakeholders, including design, project management, finance, and legal teams.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the bid process.
7. Pre-Qualification Submissions:
Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents to verify eligibility for upcoming projects.
Ensure full compliance with all pre-qualification requirements.
8. Presentation Updates:
Continuously update and maintain the companys introduction presentation.
Ensure the presentation showcases the latest achievements, capabilities, and project portfolio.
9. Project Management:
Leverage project management skills to oversee the bid process, ensuring timely and within-scope completion of all tasks.
Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress, manage resources, and drive successful bid delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain bid quality and adhere to timelines.
What we are looking for:
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in bid management or a similar role.
Strong project management and organization
