Roles and Responsibilities :
Product Knowledge of Base oil is a must :
Base Oil, other Petroleum & Petrochemical Products.
1. Should be B.E/B.Tech/MBA/ or any Graduate from reputed university / Board.
2. Min 2+ years experience of Petro chemical, Base Oil Products, Yellow Oil, White Oil, MHO, Lubricant (B2B), Chemical, Transformer Manufacturing.
3. Pursue sales leads and achieve the personal sales objectives with the product range Transformer Oil, Light Liquid Paraffin, Heavy Liquid Paraffin and White Oil & Petroleum Jelly in Pan India.
4. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and loyalty.
5. Regular client meetings and follow-up for new business generation. Zone on a Monthly basis.
6. Identify and attract new customers, pursue new applications, and interact with corresponding process and product developers of the potential customers, leading to profitable future business.
7. Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data and apply the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
8. Support business development and customer management by initially identifying potential customers, provision of updated market intelligence to the team and seniors.
9. Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to the relevant functional departments to ensure implementation.
10. Identify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
11. Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services.
Location: 1 Position for Mumbai: Coverage Gujrat, Kolkata, South Region, (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad)
1 Position for Delhi- Cover Entire North Region
