Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Leadership:Provide strategic leadership in the planning, execution, and completion of projects
• Align project goals with the overall business strategy and objectives
• Project Portfolio Management:Oversee the organization's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Prioritize and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects
• Risk Management:Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies
• Implement best practices to minimize project-related risks
• Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of project managers and other project-related professionals
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven project management culture
• Stakeholder Communication:Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with executives, sponsors, and key stakeholders to ensure project success
• Budget Oversight:Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within approved financial constraints
• Evaluate and optimize resource allocation for project efficiency
• Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain project management methodologies to ensure quality project delivery
• Conduct project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Continuous Improvement:Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function
• Implement lessons learned and best practices across projects
• Vendor and Third-Party Management:Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to select and manage third-party vendors and contractors
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
