Job Description
- Manage and coordinate the entire iCubed initiative, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to goals and timelines
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to equip fellows with necessary skills and provide ongoing support and mentorship
- Monitor the progress of each fellowproject, ensuring milestones are met and providing assistance where needed
- Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations, experts, and stakeholders that can support and enhance the fellowsprojects
- Identify and document best practices from various projects to share knowledge and improve future initiatives
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Educational Degree : Any Graduate, post-graduate, or fellowship. Degree in project management/social science field preferred
- Relevant Experience(in years) : 1-2 years of experience in project management, school-based programme implementation, or similar
Knowledge Skill sets required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Tamil optional).
- Emotional maturity to empathize with the perspectives/needs of team members
Others:
- Scope: Full-time
- Remuneration: 6,50,000 p.a. 7,00,000 p.a., based on the candidateskill and experience
- Expected Joining Date: Immediate
- Designation: Lead, iCubed
- Location: Chennai, with frequent travel to the fellowships locations to coordinate training sessions and project implementation.
- Minimum commitment: 2 years
- Reporting to: Senior Manager to Associate Director
- Scope: Full-time
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Educational Degree : Any Graduate, post-graduate, or fellowship. Degree in project management/social science field preferred
