Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer (React) to develop, optimize, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.

This role requires deep expertise in React, state management, performance optimization, and design systems.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, Development & Maintenance :

- Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

- Utilize modern design systems to ensure consistency and reusability.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to design system guidelines.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead frontend development projects, focusing on design system implementation and API integration.

- Provide mentorship to junior developers on React best practices and design systems.

- Implement state management solutions such as Redux or Context API.

Testing & Integration :

- Develop and execute test cases to diagnose issues and bugs.

- Ensure seamless integration of frontend components with RESTful APIs.

- Collaborate with backend developers and designers to improve usability and maintain design consistency.

Communication & Collaboration :

- Work closely with project managers, designers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Facilitate team meetings, providing constructive feedback and technical guidance.

Skills and Qualifications :

Required :

- 5-6 years of experience in frontend development with React.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience in React Hooks, functional components, and state management (Redux, Context API).

- Expertise in RESTful API integration in React applications.

- Hands-on experience in React performance optimization techniques.

- Strong understanding of React lifecycle methods for building complex UIs.

- Proficiency in design systems, including creation, maintenance, and large-scale implementation.

Preferred :

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with UI testing frameworks and automation.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
