RoleLead Customer Success.
Exp. : 6-8 Years.
- The role of Customer Success lead to customers/members have a seamless experience with respective hygiene, easy of operations , information and feel part the community of the centre.
- As a leader this role ensures that their team members are motivated and engaged to achieve both customer satisfaction as well as organisation goals.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure coordination with other departments to drive Onboarding.
- Customer Experience at the centre.
- Renewals and Retention.
- Invoicing & Collection.
- Be the Escalation point for customers.
- Ensure smooth operations of the team and timely reporting.
- Provide feedback and inputs to the management in framing customer policies , operation policies and pricing as and when required.
- Develop healthy community and coordinate with community team for participation of members in various community activities.
- Primary owner of Renewal and Retention.
- Customer Intelligence and Expansion.
- Ensure motivation of the team and train all team members on process, customer interaction and about the facilities from time to time.
- Coordinate with Sales team for Walkthrough & other moment of truth at the centre.
