Duties & responsibilities - Manlift Technician -Dubai Branch

Inspect the machine give the inward and outward PDI.

As per the inward PDI rectify the hydraulic and Electrical problems.

Effectively handling Break-down maintenance.

Ready the machine as per OEM by following manuals

Troubleshooting Electrical and hydraulic circuit ,chargers

Attending and servicing the breakdown machines in different sites with the help of electrical schematic and Hydraulic diagram.

Handling Experience of Electronic Equipments like analyzer, Calibrator

Troubleshoot the problems in Electronics control module like a PWM Motor Driver Controller, Joystick controllers, Tilt Sensors, Proximity sensor, display systems.

Solve basic problem of Duetz engine F4L912, F3M1011F, F3M2011, F4M2011F.

Troubleshooting hydraulic faults like Spool kit, cartridge valve, hose leakage, oil seal leakage in lift cylinders as per the hydraulic schematics.

Troubleshooting electrical parts as per the schematic diagram like Relay, contactors, controllers, Actuators, Fuel on solenoid, DC coils, DC motors etc.Role & responsibilities
