Hiring For Electrician To Work in Fiji

About the Company:

Our client specializes in providing comprehensive Manpower Recruitment Services from India to various sectors including Foreign Governments, Hospitals, Construction Companies, Hospitality Sector, Education Sector, Corporate Sector, and Transport Sector.

We are seeking an Electrician to contribute to the achievement of our company's objectives by improving productivity and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all electrical and electronic equipment at our company. Additionally, the Electrician will need to demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform and move between jobs in any functional area of the Maintenance Department. This role requires close liaison with the Maintenance Supervisor and attending to breakdowns when required. The Electrician will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the working area, ensuring adherence to documented procedures, and actively working on waste reduction. Compliance with company policies and procedures, including Occupational Health and Safety, is essential.

Salary Range: Rs 50,000 to Rs 75,000

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of PLC and electrical drives and gears
• Knowledge of Engineering tools and drawings
• Trouble shooting and problem solving

Education/Qualification:

• University degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in independently managing the Electrical department in continuous food process industry

Requirements:

• Flexibility and willingness to perform in various functional areas
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the working area
• Compliance with company policies and procedures, including Occupational Health and Safety

3 years Contract, if performance good  renewed for another 3 years. In-case contract is renewed, then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years. Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (India-Fiji-India) free of cost every 3 years. Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5,000 per month. Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days, Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
